Landworld Realty Services was established on 1st May 2000 spearheaded by Mr.Wong Chen Fui. From a humble beginning, with a manpower of only two persons, it has now grown to a strength of ten well experience personnel.

Wong Chen Fui has over 30 years of experiences in dealing with estate agency, project marketing, auction, property management and project management. Being the principal of Landworld Realty Services, he oversees all the Departments and has concluded in sale or lease for more than hundred of landed properties around Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Over the years, Mr. Wong has trained and produced many Property Negotiators, many of whom later became successful in their own rights in the field of Real Estate. He always believes the greatest assets of Landworld is the dedicated staff and teamwork is the strength with his commitment of excellence to customer satisfaction. “Maintenance Management Approach in Commercial Building of Sabah” in which 2 case study was done on Wisma MUIS and Gaya Centre. The research was done to examine and compare the approach used in maintenance management and the effectiveness and efficiency of the system used.

TimberMaster Properties Sdn. Bhd. Assistant Project Manager in charge of its branch office and involved in project management and sales of apartment ane cordominium projects in Kota Kinabalu.

Sales Manager (East Malaysia), overseeing the sales of properties developed throughout Sabah. Among its prestigious project are Taman Kingfisher II,
